## Roughcut BF Description
*** Requires an iPhone with a LiDAR scanner (iPhone Pro models). If your phone doesn't have LiDAR, check out Roughcut Lite for access to the full calculator, pricing, inventory, and invoicing tools without scanning.***

Roughcut BF uses your iPhone's LiDAR scanner to measure the length, width, and volume of non-dimensional lumber - and turns those measurements into board feet automatically. No tape measure, no mental math, no spreadsheets. Also provides some useful tools - like a "Wood Worker's Calculator" making a lot of the routine calculations performed in the shop much easier.

Whether you're grading a fresh stack off the mill, pricing a slab for a customer, or tracking what's in your shop, Roughcut BF gives you fast, repeatable numbers you can trust.

SCAN & MEASURE
• Scan a board and get length, width, thickness, and board-foot volume
• On-screen guidance keeps you at the right distance for the most accurate read
• Re-scan prompts when a reading looks inconsistent — so you catch bad measurements before they cost you

RUN YOUR WOOD WORKING BUSINESS
• Manage all your wood inventory - instantly see your stock and value
• Set prices by species and grade, and see value as you go
• Track inventory of what you have on hand
• Generate professional reports and invoices for customers

NO SCANNING NEEDED, EITHER
• Manual dimension entry and a board-foot calculator are always available
• Great as a fallback or for boards you've already measured
• "Live Edge" mode allows user to enter 2 or more widths representative of the varying width to average

BUILT FOR THE REAL WORLD
• Works in 11 languages
• Clean, fast interface designed for the shop, not the office
