Round Table Pizza Rewards

The old app looked like something from the early 2000s, but at least I was able to order pizza and it remembered who I was. The new app keeps booting me back to the find a restaurant screen and in the past I have not been able to actually check out when I could create a cart. Just a terrible experience.

The app was fine & used to get the job done, but we can no longer use it to place orders. The app stalls out processing payments during checkout and then crashes if you try to reload. We end up having to call in orders which can be challenging if the restaurant is busy. Would be great if this app was fixed and updated. Thanks!

Admittedly it had been a while since is used the app to order. However, it wouldn’t accept my time to pickup. Wanted to shift until the next day. The drop down gave me time options for today but no matter what I chose, it reverted to ASAP. So I waited to order until closer to when I wanted it. Also, I shouldn’t have to remove an entire specialty pizza topping and then add it back in on half. Why can’t I just choose to remove it from half? Domino’s has this figured out. I went around and around with the app for 30 minutes. Glad I had a discount code for online ordering to make up for the struggle.

First, found can’t order pizza with app—see more details below. Second, and what’s worse is this — purchase in-store when use app to scan QR code on a receipt to earn royalty points for a paid purchase it won’t read the barcode. Enter the barcode manually — receive “code invalid”. To first point with App order issues: 1) Any change in app screens to alter/add to order the cart disappears and have to start over. There’s a “Reload Order” button and it doesn’t do anything— Order torpedoed. 2) received an offer and selected redeem in-App to add to order. QR code and 7-digit coupon code appears. You get 5min to apply it to order and offer disappears. Adding qualifying item to cart and try to apply 7-digit code results in invalid promo code error. After all this the app says I no longer have the reward offer. I won’t use app if can’t order due to cart purge or not able to redeem rewards.

Payment screen never loads. I contacted them through email but no one answered.

Please allow me to pay cash on mobile app orders. I would even be willing to have a card on file in case I don’t pick up. Also this whole charging for every ranch is crazy. This pizza is not cheap and I think it would be fair to get a certain number per pizza like one for personal two for small medium and so on. Also please stop sending phone orders to India. Thank you.

This app isn’t very user friendly when trying to order a 1/2 & 1/2 pizza

The app is really useful for many different reasons. Number one is that you can earn points when you order. With earning those points, you can eventually get great rewards.

Shows my rewards and lets me use them but that’s about it. It never saves my location (even though I’ve set my home store in my profile) or my credit card information. If the app times out I have to input my zip code and start my order all over. I have to put in my full credit info and billing address every single time. It doesn’t recognize my saved cards in Apple or google pay either. So if I don’t physically have my card on me, I can’t order on the app. I like the web experience better but that hasn’t been showing or allowing me to use my rewards points (which apparently also expire after a while) so the app is the only way to use my points now. Crazy a company this big that has most of their business as takeout and delivery has this terrible of a user experience and basic functionality.

App goes out of its way to get all of your information before letting you know that you are outside the delivery area, even after advising me that there is a location less than 3 miles away. Beware.
