Round1 USA

Up until yesterday I have had no issues with this app. Unfortunately that changed yesterday while at Round 1, I decided to use it to put some credits on my card. After picking $15, my credit balance updated, reward points added and receipt sent. I go to swipe and it says it says insufficient credits. I check again and my credit balance somehow reverted back to the previous number. I called the number on the receipt and they told me I should hear back from someone , but in the mean time someone at the location might be able to help me. The on location manager told me to call the number (again?) and nothing can be done on his end. The person in the phone said I should send a charge dispute (really..) and I should hear back from someone soon. Waited around for about 20 minutes just to see if it would fix itself and no. To add insult to injury jury, I go back to the in person desk and it takes 10 minutes for anybody to show up and help me. It’s been 24 hours and no changes are made. The credits never ended up on my card, no refund attempt or even an email. Wish I could give this app a positive review as it has some good feature. However the fact it steals your money without recourse makes it far too dangerous to recommend. Would be happy to change it if any effort is made to convince me otherwise or show responsibility on their part

No matter how many times I try to reload my card, it just says an error has occurred. This has happened since this new app came out and nothing changes. Honestly the old app was SO much better.

I know I am writing because the developers of this application won’t listen to me, but one thing I would suggest would work is that you allow Round1 cards to go on Apple wallet so it’s easier to tap your card to play Arcade games

The app physically has no option where you can sign up for the member rewards and I can’t seem to do this online either? So as a new round 1 goer I’m not sure how I’m supposed to be able to gain any rewards 🫠 kind of a pointless app, also they need to fix the whole purikura download situation since you can only have the physical copies now 😭

tried buying the membership for 5/1 year and I put in the details and it said error occurred, Tried clicking buy 3 more times and charged my account 4 times in a row for 5 dollars each and never even got my membership. 😐😐😐

Account now works. Still not happy it, but whatever.

I’m a member and entered my card already but the app acts as if I’m not a member. I want to be able to see my rewards points instead of 0.

I would really like to see this feature added to the app. Could you add a way to transfer credits and tickets between cards? It’s nice to see how many credits I have and how many tickets but the additional feature of being able to transfer them (Like Dave and Busters) would be a fantastic addition. I also have to comment on the fact that we still have not received a single notification or any type of real deal from the app since its launch. This is truly disappointing on the companies end.

The app fails to load every time when we get to roundone. Have not been able to use the app once even though my family goes to roundone every weekend. Staff at roundone said everyone has the same issue and the new app is the same as the old. NEVER WORKS.

No point in getting this app. I thought that there would be some good rewards for new users but there isn’t.
