## Roundhay Fest Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "Roundhay Day 2"
Room for Improvement
-- Jamelsi, 2026-07-06

### ****- "Pitbull"
Show fantastic, Venue fantastic,Atmosphere fantastic,we were in diamond V.I.P There were plenty of bars, plenty of toilets and a great variety of food. The only down side were the prices. £35 for a bottle of wine (hence the 4 star rating)😳come on!! Big shout out to the litter pickers/cleaners in diamond V.I.P they never stopped they worked so hard and were friendly and always smiling 😊 on which must have been a very long day for them. All in all a great day and family occasion.
-- united6899, 2026-07-06

### *---- "Merch?"
Why say “missed out on merch? Order in the app” yet you can only buy the Pitbull merch and not Lewis Capaldi stuff? Absolutely useless!
-- SJFGAGA, 2026-07-05

### *---- "wouldnt let me login"
ive tried so many times to log into my account to access my tickets but it just wouldnt let me login. Ive tried resetting my passwords and everything but no luck.
-- Abra cadabra wthelly, 2026-07-03

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Had to transfer my tickets to a. Friend because I couldn’t log in on the app. Why you can’t just use Ticketmaster is beyond me. No need for a separate app that doesn’t even work.
-- primedtobork, 2026-07-03

### *---- "Ian"
Very poor app. Cannot verify email as it says email or password are incorrect despite using the AXS email and password as requested - can get in to my AXS app but same details won’t verify my Roundhay app via AXS. Utter rubbish.
-- iwarman71, 2026-07-03

### ***** "No tickets on app"
Poor
-- Jonny Brownlees, 2026-07-03

### *---- "Absolutely awful"
Can’t even access my tickets and the support is non existent
-- sitel001, 2026-07-03

### *---- "Where are my tickets?"
Absolutely appalling experience.

With less than two hours until the gates open, we still don’t have access to the tickets we’ve paid for. This appears to be a three-way issue involving Ticketmaster, AXS and the Roundhay Festival app, but as the customer I shouldn’t be left caught in the middle.

After speaking to Ticketmaster, all I was told was that someone would call me back. There was no clear timescale, no reassurance that the problem would be resolved before the event, and no confidence that we’d actually be able to get in.

When people spend hundreds of pounds on tickets, travel and accommodation, leaving them in limbo just hours before the event is completely unacceptable. The event requires tickets to be accessed through the Roundhay Festival app, linked to Ticketmaster/AXS accounts, yet despite following the required process, the tickets still aren’t showing. (Roundhay Festival)

The lack of communication and accountability between Ticketmaster, AXS and the event organisers has turned what should have been an exciting day into an incredibly stressful experience. Customers deserve much better than this.

### *---- "Rubbish"
Can’t access my tickets, no one to speak to online virtual chat bot doesn’t help
