I had to have an email sent then write down the password that they gave me put it in the app. I couldn’t copy or paste it then I had to create my own password and I couldn’t use the Passwords app I had to type it in manually and I couldn’t copy or paste that and when it didn’t work if I tried to add a number, it deleted the whole thing so I had to write out that password and type it in manually for each one took me about 30 minutes to change my password and I’ll probably have to do it again next time. I’ve had to dchange it about 70% of the time when paying our bill since they switched from the last mortgage company. And you can’t set up a verification code with the passwords app. Truly not a good experience -- Jeff and Rachel Williams, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "New Look App!" ….that doesn’t work. Cannot get past the sign in with either password OR Face ID. The reply is “Access Denied!” Good job folks! A “cool look ” app that doesn’t work. -- Another Old Man 2, 2024-11-21 ### ***** "Works fine" I just accessed the account and seems to be easy to navigate. -- taema666, 2024-11-19 ### ***** "Just write" The website is awesome user friendly it’s just right -- TTHEJJuice, 2024-11-14 ### *---- "Passwords" I hate how your app makes me change my password every three months without warning. My old bank never did that and I did not choose my loan to be sold to RoundPoint. -- Passwords change, 2024-11-08 ### ***-- "Payment method" Excellent app except that I couldn’t find how to change my payment method -- Enrique Lando, 2024-10-31 ### *---- "One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with!" So disappointed our mortgage was sold to these guys! Truly the bottom of the barrel… hard to get PMI removed, hard to get a partial release… I would recommend even my enemies avoiding these guys if possible. I dislike them more than even politicians! -- umkmowm, 2024-10-15 ### ***** "Review" I love using the app. It’s really convenient. -- French improved, 2024-10-11 ### ***** "Roundpoint App" Simple and easy to use payment app. -- J…….ppppppp, 2024-10-05 ### *---- "Bank account" I have set up chase account as primary to withdraw monthly payments. System consistently withdraws from citi account where I incur $75 twice penalized. Please fix and refund my account $75 x2.
