Rounds is a workout app built around one idea: rounds are a better way to train.

Forget sets and reps. Build your workout, set your rounds, and go.

Choose individual exercises or combine multiple movements into a complex. Dial in reps and weight per exercise. Set rest timers between exercises and rounds — or run in chill mode with no clock at all. Tap to complete each exercise and keep moving.

Rounds is designed for kettlebell and bodyweight training. It assumes you know what you're doing. No tutorial popups, no exercise videos, no hand-holding — just a clean, fast interface that stays out of your way.
