## Rouses Markets Reviews in United States

### *---- "Awful app"
Refreshes and loses cart input and credit card transaction. Albertsons beats them hands down. No virtual shopping at Rouses with this cluster
-- Mauricepilot, 2025-06-05

### **--- "Stop logging me out"
Why do I have to type in my email address and password over and over and over and over and over again? Then when I arrive at the store, I have to type it all in again just to check in. Stop it already.
-- LA Cajun, 2025-03-29

### *---- "This app keeps logging me out. Nowhere to sign in"
Recently the app logs me out daily and it’s so annoying it’s really annoying. Useless logged out again. Deleted this useless app. I think they just gave up on this app
-- Jigga225, 2025-02-12

### *---- "Ugh"
This app has gotten worse if that’s possible. It at least used to allow me to stay logged in, however now I have to choose location and login every time I use it. Please hire someone to fix this app. I’ve also noticed many items are not found even though you sell them in store. Having this service for customers is great but it’s lacking.
-- JaciJade, 2025-01-24

### ***-- "Recent Update"
The additional steps just to access the app makes it a chore. Select Pickup, enter zip code and then select a store…even when logged into the app. Also getting logged out of the app to frequently. This means performing all of the above steps, plus logging in just to “check in” to pickup an order. And “yes”, I select keep me logged in.
-- Pickup Artist90, 2025-01-12

### ****- "Great time saver"
This is a great time saver, I only wish that purchases I made through the app would give me a barcode for my receipt that I could use to redeem the products I purchased that are eligible for Ibotta rebates.
-- Bubba 70301, 2024-08-16

### **--- "Internet of things"
Installed this app so I wouldn’t have to go over the same crap,(location, zip, store, ect). However this app sends me to the exact same spot as using a web browser does. It appears the app has a more sinister purpose. My data and yours. Going back to web. Uninstalling. Good luck.
-- Don’tVPN!, 2024-08-12

### **--- "Horrible"
This app is absolutely horrible. I am constantly going on trying to do a online order and can’t find the items that I’m looking for and it’s simple items that should be there, like today I wanted to get 2% milk, you don’t even have Rouses brand 2% milk on there, that’s insane. Whoever is in control of the app really needs to step up their game. What good is placing an online order if I have to go inside to pick up items that I know you have in the store but they’re not on the app.
-- Pooh>:p, 2024-03-01

### *---- "Rouse App"
The Rouses App does not work. I want to shop at Druscilla, but get referred to #58.

I also would like to shop Digital Deals, but the App has never worked for this.

The employees at Druscilla cannot provide help.

Can I get this fixed ?
