Loaded this app. after purchasing from Europe. Live tracking setup never worked even though it said enabled and working! No updates for any progress during transport. Hit or miss experience, in my case huge miss!!! Waste of time.
Wants to read my emails!!
Why on earth would you want access to read my emails to deliver a parcel. My emails are confidential and private. This is an intrusion of privacy and so bizarre to me.
Want to know EVERYTHING about you
The app literally wants access to all your data, emails, notifications, and even some Apple stuff. Way too intrusive. Don’t bother with it
Great and useful app
Great and useful app I don’t need to go check my email to know where are my different packages. I can see everything in one place and receive notifications which makes it easier to track, organise myself and see if there is a delay. Thank you!
Unnecessarily make you give all your email data
Terrible app- gives no info on parcel and makes you give access to all email data to use the app to show info on your parcel- then provides none anyways. 0/5
Unable to Sync with Amazon UK account!
When attempting to connect an Amazon UK account, the app defaults to the Amazon US sign in page even though the app knows I’m located in the UK. Because of this, I’m unable to sync my Amazon orders. Please fix your app!
App is limited …….
…………To Google accounts only. signed up with apple and put my google email address in and it said it was discontinued. Yet a few minutes earlier the app sent a code to my gmail address. Kept on telling me I need a google account. I tend to distrust companies who say I can do something, such as use their app with apple then refuse to let you use the app.
Stupid
Pointless waste of phone storage. Forced me to download so I could track 2 parcels, neither tracking worked and they just arrived when they did with no warning. 1 was like 2 weeks late. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel, just send me an email
