Loaded this app. after purchasing from Europe. Live tracking setup never worked even though it said enabled and working! No updates for any progress during transport. Hit or miss experience, in my case huge miss!!! Waste of time.

When attempting to connect an Amazon UK account, the app defaults to the Amazon US sign in page even though the app knows I’m located in the UK. Because of this, I’m unable to sync my Amazon orders.

…………To Google accounts only. signed up with apple and put my google email address in and it said it was discontinued. Yet a few minutes earlier the app sent a code to my gmail address.
Kept on telling me I need a google account. I tend to distrust companies who say I can do something, such as use their app with apple then refuse to let you use the app.

Why is it saying my package is being sent to a random address? And also the coffee pods that I ordered are not on the item details.. ? This app makes no sense it dosent even sync with my emails either, i also PAID to get a better experience, money wasted. I cannot believe that this app was really made. This app is pointless, dosent even track your orders. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS! it just wastes storage and time!

You don’t get a reliable tracking information. There are discrepancies between the information on the map, the detailed shipping information and my order delivery information. Furthermore, there is no regular update of the system. Last but not least, it is difficult to have detailed replies to your questions beside “your parcel is in transit”.

Asks you to connect email which is fine but still asks constantly after doing so. Doesn’t show you ETA’s, and tracking is always hidden or doesn’t work. When added new tracking numbers doesn’t always work and when it does  it can’t connect you email or carrier. 

Has potential to be great but developer needs to take a look and will change my rating to 5*

Will only work if you give it access to scrape your emails - will not let you manually enter a Route Number.

Option to add a manual is there, however inputting the number provided by Route themselves will not be accepted - just pushes you to allow them access to your emails.
