I ordered a package from a company that does their tracking through Route. In order to get any information about the order I need to install this app. The app requires access to my email account in order to track the package. This is absolutely backwards and an obvious attempt to filter my inbox for all package tracking and put it an app. I absolutely will never share that level of access with a random company, especially when it’s not necessary for the product. Just give me a tracking number.

### *---- "Multiple notifications of non-purchases"
On Christmas Eve, I received nine notifications on Route of purchases made on bestbuy.com which already had UPS tracking numbers, but I made no such purchases. I confirmed with Best Buy that no purchases were made. I tried to contact Route, but they have no customer service at all. I sent a message to their “support” which was never responded to. I was understandably concerned about possible fraud on my account, but Route showed no interest.

I ordered something online recently and the vendor sent an email, saying they’re partnered with Route for package tracking. I downloaded Route and it gives you the option to load all of your incoming package tracking numbers. For a week now, it has shown that my UPS package will be delivered on so and so day and when it doesn’t come, it goes to the next day as the delivery date. When I check the actual UPS site for tracking and the package that according to Route was gonna deliver every single day for a week now has  never left Tennessee yet. Another package I have on the way will be delivered in 3 days and Route still has it in at JFK airport. Don’t waste your time.

### ***** "Useful, but UI/UX Could Use Work"
Very useful but the UI/UX could use some work for usability.  I don’t like how an order remains on the screen after it’s been delivered. Sometimes the same order appears three times in the UI. The map could be more interactive - right now it’s difficult to use and to switch between orders. 

Keep up the good work though, I love the idea. (From a current product manager😃)

I don’t know how too see my packages and it’s confusing because I can’t see and it shows only some of the things I ordered from the same place and it makes me question if all of my things are coming at the same time and I checked the app and my package app said it’s all coming together but it doesn’t show it on the app

Downloaded this app as a merchant I purchased from said I could track my order, and if needed, open up a support ticket if their was an issue. Well, there was an issue - the merchant never sent the package. And in reaching out to Route to open a ticket, the only way they can help is if I had the tracking number. (Which, again, I didn’t have as it was never shipped.) Route then told me to contact the merchant’s customer service email - which automatically replied with a message to contact Route. Route then suggested I write and mail the merchant a letter via the USPS. Talk about an app not ready for prime time 👎

This has helped in being able to track all my packages in one place. 
One piece of feedback…let us “label” the package for easier personal tracking. It shows I have five FedEx packages and I have to open each one to find out what it is. It would be nice to look at the packages page and see what each package is, instead of FedEx, FedEx, FedEx….

This is by far the worst tracking app I have ever seen. My package showed “order placed” for a week. I got my package and the status never changed. But in the meantime, Route was pulling in bogus orders from emails I had received. It showed a tracking status on Apple that was never placed. It showed a target pickup order that I drove and got myself.   It is just an all around horrible app that serves absolutely zero purpose.

I had some hoodies ordered . On the app it told me they was delivered but it wasn’t .The company (comfrt) told me that it was protection on my order and that I would need to go through route to figure this out . It has been a nightmare ! I can’t get in touch with anyone . I’ve tried to do all the things it told me to do and no response . Today I tried it again and it told me they don’t have my email in there system when I am literally still logged on my account . Starting to think they scam from time to time . Don’t recommend !!!
