## RouteOne Document Capture Reviews in United States

### *---- "Stopped working"
Used this app for months and it was great but now it wont work at all. Never scans the QR code.
-- F&i1, 2026-03-13

### ***-- "Works temporarily"
I have the app and when it works it is great. I have not had many issues but now it will not allow me to scan documents every time I try to scan it gives me an error message stating I need to regenerate the QR code after regenerating and trying to scan again it says the same thing I have tried to reset and uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app still not working
-- Lance.Christian, 2026-03-12

### *---- "Good when working but that’s rare"
Nothing like scanning 8-12 documents and then the app not saving the docs and having to try to rescan them, only for the app to be frozen. Even try deleting and redownloading the app and it’s still stuck.
-- Kyler Huss, 2025-08-22

### *---- "Needs a lot of work"
Works less than 50 percent of the time.
Very frustrating.
-- CpsWoodall, 2024-08-27

### **--- "Doesn’t save documents"
For awhile the app worked great but lately you scan 6-8 documents and it doesn’t save any of them to upload. Please fix. Make life much more difficult and life is difficult enough.
-- rte 1 user, 2024-01-14

### *---- "DOES NOT WORK!!"
My partner uses the same app and it works for him… my phone is new & has latest update but soon as I try to scan the QR code it says
“Unable to verify token Please regenerate QR code”
Which i do and still doesn’t work.. I even reinstalled the app couple times too nothing seems to make it work.
-- M///3, 2022-08-13

### **--- "Freezes more than it doesn’t."
Passed few months the app freezes after scanning the first document. Takes multiple tries to upload.
-- JeffNNJ, 2022-03-07

### *---- "Crashes My iPhone"
Works great with the exception of when it turns my screen purple and crashes my phone. I have the newest iPhone as well.
-- Big Tex 903, 2022-02-08

### *---- "2nd review"
I love the concept of this app but it rarely works. When it works it’s great but it only works 30% of the time. I’m writing a 2nd review with hopes that route one will attempt to fix the app. Not super hopeful though.
-- Max Jewell, 2021-08-27

### ***** "Works great"
Fast upload
