## RouteOneApp Reviews in United States

### *---- "No real technical advances for this app"
I’ve been using this for quite some time now and have found it much easier to get on Firefox and just in the website. This doesn’t any of the necessary info on approvals for me to make a decision. Plus when I click on a customer, too many times, an error pops up and doesn’t allow me move further. Please have a car guy help with any improvements to this app.

This is 2019.. your app should work flawlessly.. yet here we are with terrible reviews and poor follow up.
-- nicknammdj1, 2018-12-03

### *---- "Constant issues"
Seems like every update does nothing to fix the constant issues with the app.
-- Tjmke212, 2018-09-01

### ***-- "Contract manager"
Can contract manager be added to the app?
-- Zarytu, 2018-04-06

### **--- "Unable to view App Decisions"
Is this going to be fixed anytime soon? When I click on a customers name, I get an error message.
-- TrizzyTexx, 2018-03-15

### *---- "Won't even download"
The app won't let me download.
-- Finance guy125, 2016-06-25

### *---- "Worthless"
6/17/2016 **updated review** I downloaded new edition. Still awful. App is not intuitive and still has limited functionality. I am not certain what the goal of this app is? Why not just make the site mobile optimized with full functionality?
