Unlike generic to-do apps, Routine is built on three validated principles: sleep regularity, social rhythm, and circadian alignment. Every reminder, every schedule, and every insight is grounded in science. WHAT MAKES ROUTINE DIFFERENT * Built around your body clock, not just your calendar * Learns your patterns over time and adapts * Gentle and encouraging, never shames you for a missed task * 100% private - everything stays on your device YOUR DAILY ROUTINE, INTELLIGENTLY SCHEDULED Tell Routine when you wake up, when you sleep, when you eat, and what matters to you. It builds a personalized daily timeline aligned with your natural rhythms in seconds. Speak your routine naturally: "I exercise at 7am for an hour and eat dinner around 6pm." Routine understands and adds it instantly. CONSISTENCY SCORE Every day, Routine calculates your Consistency Score (0-100) based on how closely you followed your schedule. Research shows that regularity, not perfection, is one of the strongest predictors of long-term wellness. See your 7-day trend, category streaks, and weekly summaries. Celebrate progress without pressure. SCIENCE-BASED DAILY INSIGHTS One insight per day, grounded in research: * Eating your last meal earlier may support better metabolic health * Consistent sleep timing is associated with improved long-term well-being All insights include: For informational purposes only. Not medical advice. SMART REMINDERS * Personalized reminders before each task * Transition alerts before your next block * Auto mode: missed a task? Routine quietly reschedules it * Manual mode: Routine asks if you completed it VOICE INPUT Add tasks hands-free. Speak naturally and Routine converts your words into structured routine blocks with no typing needed. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH DATA Connect Apple Health to read your actual sleep times and compare them with your planned schedule. The app works fully without this and it is always optional. PRIVACY FIRST No account required. No cloud sync. No data leaves your device. Your routine stays yours. FREE AND PREMIUM Core features are always free: * Reminders * Timeline view * Daily tracking Premium unlocks: * Voice editing * Weekly summaries * Schedule regeneration Ad-supported mode offers full access with occasional ads.
