Rowmote lets you seamlessly control audio, video, and presentation applications on your Mac from your iOS device.

You love the remote control which came with your Mac - so simple yet elegant, with easy control of Front Row, iTunes, Quicktime, DVD Player, Keynote, and more.

Or, your Mac didn’t come with a remote control or doesn’t even have an infrared port. Buying a remote control, from Apple or a third party, would carry a significant cost!

You carry your iPhone or iPod Touch wherever you go... so why should you carry a second device just to control your computer?  Furthermore, why should you need line-of-sight to do so?

 • Mac OS X 10.4.0 or later.

I had purchased this app to see my photos mirrored on my TV screen. It’s fine for increasing-decreasing volume stop and starting a video but that’s about it.But I couldn’t  use the Rowmote to change, to the ‘next’ photo on TV screen, which is so basic but unavailable. I’ve had help from a techie friend and he agrees that this option is NOT available. I would like my money back as I haven’t used this app as it didn’t really work.

This is worked really well until IOS13.2. Now if I tip phone to landscape or hit settings button the app quits. So I can’t use phone as a trackpad which is annoying. Please update to fix bugs.

Really good app and it does what you want it to do, the computer download is trustworthy and easy to set up. The same as the iPhone app. It really helps when your watching videos on the Mac and you just can't be bothered to walk all the way across the room and press pause! (I am not lazy it's just the room is big and when you get phone calls every 5 mins it really helps)! For 79p it's a really good app and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the same situation or in a professional manner. Try it and if you don't agree or like it, it's 79p so it's not like it cost loads?!
