The system indicated that my preferred seat was unavailable, as it appeared someone else had already reserved it. As a result, I chose a seat in front. Unfortunately, it later turned out to be a glitch in the app—no one had actually reserved that seat. By the time I discovered this, it was too late to make changes. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, as it has disrupted my plans and diminished my excitement for this outing, which I had been eagerly anticipating for weeks. I am frustrated with the system’s efficiency and hope immediate measures are taken to address such issues to prevent them from affecting others in the future -- 123baby 😁, 2024-12-16 ### ***-- "One of the best cinemas ever" Roxy is one of the best cinemas ever and they have amazing prices and offer a great experience. However, they really need to work a bit harder on their application, it is very slow and basic. -- Awasah QA, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Complain" I have emailed so many times no 1 answered then I did whats app too no 1 answered. Not a good servicd -- mehru*•*, 2024-11-17 ### *---- "Paid for the tickets that I never received" Fix your app!! -- Jblue91, 2024-08-18 ### *---- "Good cinema but extremely poor app" Great cinemas with good service and decent locations. But the app is full of bugs and UI/UX issues. Shame on the developers on such a poor job for well established industry and a dozen of cinema app references to that work perfectly including VOX. -- sujoy_c, 2024-07-20 ### *---- "Unprofessional treatment complaints" I submitted 2 complaints but no one contacted me and i didn’t get my refund . -- Aastwr, 2024-06-27 ### *---- "The worst mobile app in the world" I’m a calm person, I can’t be nervous at all, but this mobile app drives me crazy, i tend to cry when i use it. I don’t understand how the cinema company can give this piece of smth. Let’s save money and hire outsourced team… for what? For the worst mobile app in the world? Congratulations! -- Dvoinyakov, 2024-05-26 ### ***-- "Roxy cinema" Roxy cinema is a good cinema with a nice experience and atmosphere and great food but my only negative thing is the price is so high the tickets the food it’s the most highest in Dubai I wish they low the prices and they will be the best in the world -- ahmed761, 2024-05-12 ### *---- "Update the app it’s trash" The app is garbage -- paul dubai 4, 2024-01-12 ### *---- "Cinema and app" Tolerably movie theaters, but terrible made app and navigation. I will never go to Roxy again. How can you cancel a scheduled show without even warning you about it? Is Roxy Rewind no longer around? -- Razum24, 2023-10-06 [View all ROXY Cinemas UAE reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## ROXY Cinemas UAE Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Arab Emirates | Entertainment | #46 | ## ROXY Cinemas UAE Discovered Keywords -
