Pre booked a taxi for 1845. Rang them at 1845 to be told 15/20 minutes wait At 1932 still no taxi , poor communication Cancelled taxi and deleted app

Be nice if you can turn up on time when you book 12 hours+ in advance. Then to call and ask where my taxi is to be told well we haven’t got a driver because you used the app so one will come when it’s free!

the driver tried to do an amazing job, tried to get to the place as quickly as possible. But the organization of the car is just terrible !!! I ordered a taxi for my child an hour and a half before the appointed time and my child stood for half an hour on the street in the cold waiting for the car and they started looking for a car to order only after I called the operator at 15.55 (who told me that the car would be in place only 5-10 minutes later and hung up without even apologizing for the delay or explaining the situation! This is just a terrible service!!! Plus you automatically charged me £19.80 when the trip was only £17.00. It turns out that you will you do what is convenient and profitable for you, while not informing your customers?I think you (managers and service operators) should reconsider your attitude towards customers and think about improving your service!

The taxi took money from my account and didn’t turn up then when rang up got told I had to pay for the taxi again the staff where not helpful in any way kept putting the phone down when asked to be put through to the manager I use these taxi everyday for work so poorly organised as a company I do not ever what to use these again

I don’t get why they need to take an extra pound and then charge you to cancel it’s stupid I’ve just wasted 3 pounds for literally no service of any kind

I pre-booked a taxi at 12pm to arrive 6pm. The taxi did not arrive so at 6.10 I called to be advised the driver was on the way. No taxi arrived still, I called again to then be told there was no available taxis for 20-30 mins despite pre-booking. The person who took my call was very unhelpful and rude.

Has the app been updated? I can no longer access my business account via the app and the office has no idea how to fix it.

You get charged more so avoid them. And the drivers add on extra fees without any reason. Terrible company now.

Absolutely disgusting the price of a taxi. Normally 4.20 with my other taxi firm but this one was 7.60 for the same journey. Daylight robbery. Was actually 6.10 at first in the app but they must of gave the driver a tip as well even though the person who was in the taxi gave a 2 pound cash tip. What a joke
