Don't waste your time signing up for ROFO Pay. Most of the ROFO key pads  don't work properly making it impossible to get your gas discount. You have to go inside the store to get your discount which I hate doing. The 10 cents off isn't worth the headache!

Sometimes, you can get rewards for just HAVING the app! Generally you should get the app. I got a free any size coffee for downloading and making a beginner account! Some of these terrible reviews from other people that want to make their own rewards app and are trying to get you not to download it. But don’t stress! Because those are their own opinions. Overall, imo the app is great/AMAZING

The logic behind the workflow is bad.  The use case is a person who is ordering on a mobile device. So what should be the first question? “Where do you want to pick up your order?” Not, “what food do you want?”. Just because I have a store within a mile of me, that doesn’t mean that is the store where I want to pick up my order.
