I’ve never been able to log in to this app despite having a RM accountant gave no issues logging on using the website but the app always comes up with the above message.
I’ve deleted app and reinstalled over and over but it’s just a waste of time.
Why on Earth
Why insist that your customers download your app…. When it is not complete?
Your poor employees have to repeatedly try to deliver packages all because you still can’t say to leave a neighbour on the app.
Pointless.
No delivery options
We ordered a package for delivery from Amazon. It was meant to be riveted on 27 June. We were hole that day - all day - waiting for the parcel. There was no attempt to ring our door bill and no calling card was left. Now the app says there are not other delivery options for this parcel and yet we cannot contact anyone to ascertain how it can be delivered.
App is unusable
The app is so glitched it’s unusable- i’ve seen similar reviews- when setting up your account it never asks to create a password but will take you to the login page when you’ve input some details, so anything you type in will be the incorrect password, if you click to rest password you’ll never receive the email to do so because you’re account has not been created yet! shocking for such a large company to have this faulty of an app
Hopeless
Supposed to be able to set delivery preferences but when you try all you get is oops something went wrong
Very low delivery
Not sure what the issue is but recently it appears that post is not delivered daily and everything comes on one day? Is post ‘saved up’ and delivered on a single day rather than daily?? Recent postal delays have created serious issues for me which is down to very slow delivery.
On time but damaged
My parcel was delivered within the window I was given, and was posted through my letterbox. However, somewhere in transit it picked up some cosmetic damage. Not worth claiming for but damaged nevertheless. Royal Mail are normally better than that.
Pointless
Setting up the app is a nause! Absolutely no point other than your limited amount of attempts to check on delivery status a day. Another terrible scheme to make you sign up to the inevitable bombardment of emails. Much respect to the Royal Mail employees, they do an excellent job and our local postman is exceptional, the app however, is very much what you’d expect! Sub standard features with very benefit.
Very bad
What is the delivery company ever that I have found? Never capable to deliver in time all the deliveries are late and most of them lost nothing good about this delivery services.
