Good game

I like the way it plays and how it is easily addicting.

Customer service trouble shooting is very poor

There was a situation where a wife and husband shared same iPad to play game. Husband completed the card challenge, he logs out. The wife logs in and she still needed 19 cards - but it said cards completed, no rewards nor no shell beside her name. Countless emails sent but no response. Other team player tried to contact admin and the admin removed the leaders contact button. Seriously admin - there no was no rudeness, no swearing etc and this is how you treat your customers. The entire team is upset and vows they will never spend another cent. Really sad that the customer service is are the rude people.

The advertisement is a lie. It’s nothing like the real game and the real game. I hate it sucks! Match three kind of game. And as for the advertising again advertising is everywhere on every game and app, I hate it. I hate this game. I hate this company for line!

Enjoy the game but the advertisements are not the same as playing like it shows rocks or he dies never had to do that. If you advertise something you should actually have that available.

Mini games are rare

It is a fun game actually. I play it on iPad though so the screen is bigger. If you are downloading because you like the look of the mini game you just saw, keep your expectations in check. I get to play one every few weeks. They should release those as a separate game where you solve the puzzles!

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of months. Until yesterday, when game charged me for 2 times purchasing. While I hadn’t played it since about 10 days. That’s what I am certain of. They refused to refund. Not playing it again nor recommending for the others
