Her kingdom was as large as it was magnificent, where every inhabitant was at peace, be it a super powerful gnome or tiny little fairy with powers to turn any boring old day into an unforgettable celebration. As the princess grew up, her advisors managed the kingdom before she came of age and was allowed to take the throne. Everyone knew of the young heiress' beauty and splendor, but unfortunately, Layna was uninterested in the lives of her future subjects. She spent her days in worry-free joy, blissfully unaware of the responsibility of her future position. Finally her special day arrived! Nowhere in the kingdom was a single girl more stunning and exuberant than the princess, and nobody could imagine something could ever go wrong... The coronation was held in the sun-soaked throne room, music filled the air, and gallantly dressed members of the court greeted their future queen with smiling faces. It was as if in a fairytale dream, pure joy sent the princess' head spinning, and she could hardly wait till she finally felt the weight of the crown upon her head. Then suddenly, the music stopped... Someone was flying through the crowd to the center of the room. Moments later, frightened to her core, Layna sees a witch before her. She had no idea what was going on. She couldn't even move a finger, almost as if she were under a spell. The uninvited guest's voice broke the deafening silence: ""You, who calls themselves the rightful heir to the throne, are you truly prepared to rule the kingdom and answer for the fate of your simple subjects?! You live in a world of luxury, have never known greif, and at any moment hundreds of hypocritical smiles are ready at your beck and call to bring whatever you so desire on a silver platter... Well then, so it shall be that no spoiled brat shall ever rule us!"" The witch flicked her wrist and a bright light flooded every inch of the throne room. Layna shut her eyes tight, and the floor disappeared... When the princess opened her eyes, she found herself on a haystack surrounded by endless fields instead of royal walls. A young man and his grandfather came rushing out of the nearby house to help her, but neither recognized the young girl as the future queen. Once Layna realized the evil witch's curse clouded the minds of her people, she resolved to hunt her down and prove she deserved to rule the kingdom! Find out if the princess ever manages to break the evil curse, or if the memory of princess Layna is destined to be forever forgotten! Get ready for: - Fun fantasy locations - 100 exciting levels with varying difficulty - Unforgettable characters - Gameplay for any age ## Royal Roads 1 Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/78/59/fa/7859fa02-bac5-74b0-feed-62c0ae221766/pr_source.jpg/2688x1242.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/1c/7d/6e/1c7d6e42-2f1f-53df-3e4e-81b0efea2ef8/pr_source.jpg/2688x1242.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/36/f6/93/36f693e2-7edc-872a-9680-7b178eaabd9d/pr_source.jpg/2688x1242.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/ee/5c/0e/ee5c0ec6-f696-2f35-ce6f-24cc7460bb8c/pr_source.jpg/2688x1242.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/e7/0a/5f/e70a5f83-618b-26ad-0be8-329b61964b84/pr_source.jpg/2688x1242.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/a7/a9/0a/a7a90a51-a5cf-44eb-01fa-113cb7535992/pr_source.jpg/2688x1242.png) ## Royal Roads 1 Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 20 (43%) - 4 stars: 19 (40%) - 3 stars: 3 (6%) - 2 stars: 1 (2%) - 1 stars: 4 (9%) ## Royal Roads 1 Reviews in United States ### *---- "Glitchy" Level after level, it’s impossible to pick up items. Unfortunately, these items are often critical to the game. I’ve given up. -- 28monty28, 2024-10-23 ### ****- "Problem With Bonus Levels" Excellent game but there is a problem once you reach the bonus levels. After successfully completing Level 101, it does not advance to Level 102. Level 102 is just Level 101 again. Please fix this bug! -- katiedea, 2024-10-17 ### ****- "Love your games" The rating is only four stars, because all of your games have a flaw in them. Nothing that can’t be ignored or worked around. But they all have untimed playing and are interesting. That said - you keep making the games and I will keep buying them. -- *sad to leave*, 2023-08-14 ### ***** "A great game" Highly addictive and well done. Recommended. -- NanoRon, 2023-02-11 ### ****- "Good game" I waited until I completed all 100 levels before giving my rating. Looking at previous ratings there was an issue with level 58, which is now indeed fixed. (There is a similar, but still unfixed bug in their Royal Roads 2 app as well.) I had fun playing the game. I’d agree that most of the levels are fairly easy, maze-type games, whereas the time-management aspect is more prevalent in the sequel. Still, it kept me busy in my free time for a few weeks, so all in all worth the price. -- longusername, 2022-04-25 ### ***** "Fun and challenging" Levels 1-50 were fun. Levels 51-100 definitely challenging. Had to restart quite a few times. On level 92 now and wish there were 100 more -- Mymimijean, 2022-02-22 ### **--- "Level 10" Why can’t I send my worker to the market? No matter what I tap on, he doesn’t go. Please help! -- Kerry Heiss, 2022-02-20 ### *---- "Was really enjoying this game until…." This was a pretty good game. Most levels pretty easy in the beginning then some were more difficult in figuring out which order to do things etc. until I hit level 73. It doesn’t matter which order you do things, there is no way to take care of the pirates. I’ve reached out to the developers but……crickets. Very disappointed -- coloradoboys, 2021-09-18 ### ***** "Good game" Good to fill the time, not overly hard, keeps your interest, and it’s entertaining. -- KPinSD, 2021-07-31 ### *---- "Royal roads" I give up! Been trying to get thru level 80 for 3 days. I have other games from 8floor which are fun and challenging but nothing like this one. Am deleting the app So frustrating because it could have been a 5 star game. -- Moth4&$, 2021-06-01 [View all Royal Roads 1 reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Royal Roads 1 -
