애들이 저도 모르게 결제를 해서 환불 해달라니까 안해주고 요청거부나 하구 ㅠㅠ 그래서 법적대응 할려구 분쟁조정위원회 신고 넣었어요~
개발자님 어직 답변이없네영?
11월 23일 전 어느정도 현질하고 즐기던 유저입니다 게임하고있는 와중에 정지사유없이 계정정지가 되었다고해서 네이버카페를통해 개발자님께 문의했었습니다 문의하던 중에 문제해결이 잘 되지않고 계정정지 원인 등 문제해결이 더디어 앞으로 또 이런일이 발생할수도 있겠다하여 환불요청을 하였습니다 그런데 갑자기 네이버카페를 관리자(개발자)에의해 탈퇴당하고 계정정지 정지사유도 환불정책 위반으로 바뀌어 계정정지까지 당하였고 그 후 또다시 네이버카페에 글을올려봤지만 역시나 카페 탈퇴당했습니다 개발자님 ? 답변해주세요 ^^ -------------------------- 12월 8일 현재까지 답변이없네영? 귀찮아지기싫은데 답변부탁드려요 ^^
