## RPR Mobile™ Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t Work!"
Can someone please do an update to allow the app to work on iPhone? Everytime I try to investigate an address I receive a blank screen. I love your software but have become increasingly concerned of your reliability.
-- Your Boise Realty Group, 2024-11-12

### *---- "App logged me out for no reason then refused all login attempts."
It could not verify my NAR ID, despite using my last name and NAR ID #. Refused my password, which I know is correct, refused FaceID, which I have successfully used on other apps, all while spamming useless popup messages claiming that “due to high volume, PDF export times may be impacted” which had absolutely nothing to do with anything on the screen.

The app is a broken mess. Unusable.
-- 0001001010101, 2024-10-20

### *---- "Software Update Usless"
The latest software update seems to be lacking in functionality. Despite my efforts, I am unable to prevent the continuous loading. Whenever I enter the address, the loading icon appears and the message "Information loading" is displayed. On one occasion, I managed to load half a page, but since then, I have been unsuccessful in loading any further content.
-- Big Papaa, 2024-04-24

### *---- "Poor"
Information is wrong most of the time this is like Zillow can not trust site . From one day like 2/17/24 to 2/18/24 property amount changes of 60,000 up in this bad economy with homes down so much . Also this app is confusing to use . BAD
I use to trust this was a good tool to use . Will not recommend it to anyone . MRB
-- AzMrb, 2024-02-19

### **--- "ALMOST perfect"
Please make links in the agent confidential remarks be clickable! Where I’m at, agents leave Disclosures.io links and phone numbers there and I’d really like to be able to access them while on the go. The other improvements are really good though.
-- Nickname 009988, 2024-01-12

### *---- "Doesn’t allow me to create account to even start up"
I AM a Florida Realtor. I DO have an active real estate license. Not only did the app recognize my last name and NARS/license number, it still kept saying ERROR as I tried to create my account. Would’ve been nice to see if this app truly was an MLS on the go.
-- Abella502, 2023-06-22

### *---- "Unusable in landscape/horizontal view"
Searching a property in the horizontal/landscape view brings up only the map and all other functionality is lost. Unable to view property details unless going to portrait mode.
-- MarcW23, 2023-05-03

### *---- "Full of bugs, terrible on reliability"
When I run a search on an address on my iPad all i get is a black screen. I have to shut the app down completely to get back to main menu. I can click run report on landing page. Get to the point of adding comps, click on a listing to check it out. There is no way to go back to the comp list. Have to shut down the app and start again. Click on random anything you might end up on a black screen and have to restart. On top of the fact that i may be mid report creating and it crashes. Have to start over. So no matter what you do, you will either have to restart the app and thus restart a report or it will just shut down on you and you have to restart. So if you are quickly trying to run a report while out with clients. Don’t plan on it being quick, easy, or typically even possible. Such a shame that lots of the apps for realtors are not very good yet.
-- RogerGhostRider, 2023-02-18

### *---- "Constantly freezing and stuck loading"
Historically, this app has always been very slow. However, recently it got better. But now it’s constantly freezing up and getting stuck loading on just normal searches. Even when opening the app half the time the app gets stuck trying to load. this is on an iPhone 14 Pro.
-- whydoineednickname12, 2023-01-12

### *---- "Unstable"
Constantly logs me out and then says server issue. I can never use without uninstalling and redownloading
