## R&R job app Description
Belangrijk: deze app is uitsluitend voor gebruikers van R&R.

Altijd betrokken bij het planningsproces van je organisatie via de R&R Job App. De R&R Job App is speciaal ontwikkeld voor medewerkers. De R&R Job App is aanvulling op onze workforce management software.

Met de R&R Job App heb je altijd toegang tot je actuele rooster, gewerkte uren, verlofsaldo en meer: 
•	Je persoonlijke rooster en gewerkte uren inzien
•	Eenvoudig verlof aanvragen en verlofsaldo inzien
•	Diensten ruilen met goedkeuring van leidinggevende
•	Beschikbaarheid doorgeven, het is ook mogelijk om je eventuele schoolrooster in te laden
•	Door notificaties ben je direct op de hoogte bij wijzigingen in het rooster

Sommige functionaliteiten zijn alleen beschikbaar als je organisatie dit geactiveerd heeft. 

Hoe gebruik je de R&R Job App?
1.	Controleer eerst of jouw organisatie gebruik maakt van de R&R Job App.
2.	Download de app.
3.	Je manager stuurt je een uitnodiging. Zodra je deze ontvangen hebt, kun je jezelf registreren via de app.
4.	Je kan meteen aan de slag. Heb je vragen of feedback? Veelal kunnen je collega’s je daarbij helpen. Via onze site vind je een antwoord op veel gestelde vragen (FAQ) over de Job App:  Je kan binnen de app ook je feedback doorgeven indien gewenst.

Ik erger me aan de indeling van de app. Je kan niet je totaal uren zien en je mede werknemers kan je ook niet zien. Overgestapt vanaf PMT is dit echt een hele downgrade. Hoop dat dit nog veranderd kan worden.

Ik kan iedere keer geen verlof aanvragen want er blijft staan “ vernieuwen “ ik mag hopen dat dit niet blijft.

When working at a company, especially when having to manage a supermarket, it might be important to know who you are working with. According to the FAQ this is not a feature due to “privacy reasons”.

If you are concerned about privacy then at least make it a setting that either the operator or the user can set to allow others to view who will be there in which department from what time till what time. 

Previously used PMT, which is a great example of a company that knows what they are doing, and understands the design process, including how to prioritize optional features over hardcoded restrictions

Paar keer de app te hebben afgesloten en opnieuw te hebben opgestart alleen wit beeld. Mobiel aan en uit gezet, app verwijderd en opnieuw gedownload, 5g en wifi omgewisseld. Niks hielp helaas. Vind de update niet fijn. De app loopt ook regelmatig langs. Ik kan niet fijn en flexibel mijn werkrooster wijzigen en of reageren op dienst ruil verzoeken erg vervelend !
