Die kostenlose RSAG-App ist die digitale Entsorgungs-Hilfe für die Hosentasche und enthält alle wichtigen Informationen rund um die Themen Abfall, Entsorgungsmöglichkeiten und Abfuhrtermine im Rhein-Sieg-Kreis.

Mit dem digitalen Abfallkalender der RSAG verpassen Sie keine Leerungstermine mehr. Einfach Ort und Straße eingeben und an jede Abfuhr erinnert werden. Auch die Termine des Schadstoff- und Elektro-Kleinteile-Mobils werden angezeigt. Oder Sie rufen die Standorte von Glascontainern, Altkleidercontainern oder Elektroschrottcontainern direkt in Ihrer Nähe auf.

Nutzen Sie unser mobiles Serviceangebot und bestellen Ihren Termin für die Abholung von Sperrmüll, Grünabfällen und Elektrogroßgeräten bequem über die App.

Ernsthaft?!
In welchem Jahrhundert leben diejenigen, die diese App programmiert haben?

Die allgemeine Funktionalität der App ist mäßig, die Volltextsuche für zu entsorgende Materialien arbeitet nur unzureichend, und wenn man dann ein Wertstoffzentrum gefunden hat, verlangt die App, dass die Navigation über Google Maps stattfindet. Ihnen ist schon bewusst, dass es mehr als nur eine einzige Plattform für mobile Navigation gibt? 

Vielleicht sollten Sie die App gleich ganz aus dem Apple App Store entfernen.

Die App tut im Großen und Ganzen, was sie soll. Allerdings ist sie schlecht programmiert. Dass nach einem App-Update jedesmal wieder die Adresse und die individuellen Müllbehälter inkl. Wochen neu ausgewählt werden müssen, anstatt übernommen zu werden, ist Programmierung wie vor 30 Jahren.

Es ist bei meinem iPhone 12 Pro und aktuellem iOS jetzt zweimal vorgekommen, dass ich für einen Termin zur Müllabholung keine Benachrichtigung bekommen habe. Ärgerlich für meine Mieter. Ich rate von den Benachrichtigungen dringend ab!

GuteIdee mit Bugs. Die Benachrichtigungen wann welche Tonne raus muss ist sehr sporadisch, meine Nachbarn sind da zuverlässiger. Gerade versucht Sperrmüllabholubg zu bestellen. Dabei habe ich dazernd Fehlermeldungen bekommen aber keinen Hinweis was denn fehlt. Nach 19 Minuten probieren habe ich es in 1 Minute über die Webseite gebucht.
Also dafür brauche ich keine App…
