The worst customer service ever in UAE. I tried to use their taxi service but I get disappointed several times, when i try to comment for management they ignored me. Also I was planning to invest on RSL taxi and went to their office two times and their staff are not ethical
They made me wait for 40 min tell me just wait the driver almost there just 5min , then I was late from my appointment and it was canceled, the driver in the App come near me then change the road multiple times , I was waiting near Dubai mall then someone come to me asked me for ride AND HE WAS OF RSL HE WANTED TO TAKE ME WITHOUT THE APP using the app was 20 aed he wanted to take me 80 aed , he said he is RSL driver and told me don’t wait for the driver from the app he will not come , OMG , you have the worst driver , they betrayed the company and treat costumers in a bad attitude, I’m angry also when I called the driver to ask him where is him he said cancel the ride and hang out in my face YOU ARE THE WORST THE WORST
It’s so so slow. It it comes to booking a cab 🚕 it’s taking weird time. It’s the app is weirdly designed.
No response ad following up with the customer
A driver from this application asked for 100 AED for 5 minutes drive from Marina mall. Be aware.
RSL104-asif mehmood vehicle no L20246. He hs the worst behavior. He will be the reason to degrade all the other drivers if his behavior is this. I ask other driver if i can do card payment in the uber, they said it’s possible. This guy asif is misbehaving and telling his card is not working and speaking to customer as its our fault. My payment is still pending so i would like to make it. Let me know the solution. Thank you
I used this service 3 times now all 3 times to Airport however I was excessively over charged all three times even after putting promo code and off peak travel. Won’t recommend it to anyone as they are not true to the prices shown.
ordered a vip car and scheduled it and never came .
from the start always a problem untill they will charge you for nothing!! and useless costumer service!
Cheaper than Uber, careem , Drivers were professional and cars were clean.
