## RT310i Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Great system"
Great system, 6 years and only time I’ve had an issue was when the batteries went dead in the thermostat.
-- Rabbo1966, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Not reliable"
Had it for years Works when it wants to. Looses connection. Now as of recent having issue where the schedule does not kick in on a morning until I open the app.
-- Dennimom, 2024-09-28

### *---- "App does not work"
App does not work only work sometime
When you need it does not work at all
-- Gerry070, 2023-12-11

### *---- "Doesn’t log in"
After recent iOS the app doesn’t launch. Can’t do anything now from my phone. Cannot believe developers remain blind for these complaints.
-- BacaNT, 2023-12-03

### *---- "App Simply Locks"
The app was working but since I upgraded it simply locks
-- gamesyaaaa, 2023-11-07

### **--- "New update is buggy"
I’ve been using this for a few years and in general it’s been ok. However, at times it doesn’t work for my partner in that we can’t turn the heating off without going to the wall switch itself.

The new update is quite buggy and doesn’t allow switching from schedule to manual quickly or at all sometimes without closing the app down.

The rotating arrow icon on bottom right hand side doesn’t seem to serve a purpose?

Also can the time options be changed to 5 mins slots rather than 10 min slots?
-- Sidney_69, 2023-10-16

### *---- "App not working properly"
The app says it’s 25.5 in my hallway but the thermometer in hallway reads 15 and the heating doesn’t come on. It’s getting ridiculous. Come on developers why can’t you fix the issues?????????
-- BrianH7350, 2023-10-15

### ***-- "Great - when it works!"
I’ve had this for a while now, and when it’s working fine (about 70% of the time) it’s great, easy to use and controllable on my phone. But - and this is so annoying - when it doesn’t work it’s a flipping nightmare! The control is flashing red, and as I am now a reasonable expert on getting it to stop flashing, nothing I do this time resolves it. C’mon Salus - rebooting doesn’t work, holding the pairing button doesn’t work… give me a clue before the winter sets in please!!
-- Imoan05, 2023-09-10

### ***-- "Temperature history"
Suggestion: temperature history for past 24hrs / 7 days to track temperature profile. Useful for properties that are let
-- Nrian83, 2023-05-23

### *---- "So bad I will destroy it with a hammer"
This devices makes my heater to be as idiot as this product, never makes what should do
-- Ferexp/, 2023-04-07
