App closes when trying to schedule a ride

I used this when I was in town for work. Great app and service!

can’t purchase a pass within the app.

I installed this app and set up an account two days ago, but I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. I was a little concerned that there was no password asked for, but figured that the fact that it was supposed to be associated with the phone number of the phone that it’s installed on would be enough, but apparently not, as I just got a notification that the ride that I requested, which I didn’t, was excepted, and it was nowhere near where I am. Somebody else obviously was able to use my account, and I not only canceled, but called RTC to let them know. I hope the person that tried to use my account is still expecting the ride and freezes while waiting for a ride that isn’t coming. People need to be more honest. This app also needs to require a password so that stuff like this doesn’t happen in the future.

This app is pretty self explanatory and easy to use but annoying because you cant confirm a ride that is within the stated service area like desired. Completely useless. Its like you can only schedule a ride that’s convenient for the driver NOT the customer.
