「RTHK電視」是香港電台新媒體拓展組製作的電視節目手機程式，將港台電視播映的節目帶到流動媒體。用戶透過流動裝置，便可享受新媒體帶來的新鮮觀賞體驗。
「RTHK電視」的主要功能如下：
1) 直播港台電視：提供港台電視31, 32, 33, 34,35 的網上直播。
2) 點播及下載節目：用戶可點播節目，或下載港台電視31及32的節目至程式內「我的下載」，隨時隨地收看。
3) 訂閱節目：用戶訂閱喜愛的節目，製作屬於自己的播放清單。
4) 收藏劇集：用戶在劇集點擊「收藏本集」按鈕，就可以把該集儲存在「我的收藏」內，方便用戶欣賞心水內容。
5) 搜尋：方便用戶尋找在「RTHK電視」上的港台電視節目資料。
6) 分享節目：提供分享功能，方便用戶將喜歡的港台電視節目，透過社交媒體跟朋友分享。

很喜歡你們製作，特別是“鏗鏘集”，但“視點31”和”議事論事”希望可以加多半小時，以致不會給觀眾覺得很多切開而還要再上其他網站看足本，家人都比較喜歡看即時的電視版本居多。繼續加油努力，很多香港人在背後支持著你們！！
