Wasted way too much time trying to place an order, but both the app and the mobile version of the website are both bugged and won’t let me enter payment details, and the app isn’t compatible with Apple Pay for some reason despite most other food ordering apps being compatible 

It’s literally takes less time to drive to my local Rubio’s then what I wasted trying to get the app to work.

EVERY time I try to use this app there is a REQUIRED update. STOP IT! And now you guys started deleting my points before i have a chance to use them. All that on top of prices skyrocketing, it’s no wonder so many of your stores have closed in San Diego..

I have been trying to order for over 20 minutes. It is glitching out and will not let me create an account, and won’t let me order as a guest. Its honestly faster to just go in person. This is pretty ridiculous. It won’t tell me why it can’t create an account for me. I tried on the website as well. I tried to log in because I thought I already had an account and I have tried to get my password changed and never received the email to change it despite them “sending” it multiple times. This is frustrating and it should not be this complicated to order some food.
