Health & Wellness Rucja supports health tracking, awareness, communication, and record keeping. Information in the app is for informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Connected-device readings depend on proper use, conditions, and connectivity. Follow manufacturer instructions and do not make medical decisions based only on app information. Voice Calling Rucja provides optional in-app voice calling with healthcare professionals. Microphone access may be required to transmit audio during calls. Calls are not recorded or stored by Rucja unless otherwise stated. Call-related information such as participants, call time, call status, and technical data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy. AI Features Rucja offers optional AI features using OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude AI). Depending on the feature, information may be processed by one or both providers. Before personal information is shared, Rucja requests explicit user permission. Shared information may include health information, measurements, symptoms, reports, documents, images, questions, messages, and prompts needed for the requested feature. If permission is denied, personal information is not sent to the AI provider. Users can withdraw permission at any time in Settings › Privacy › AI Data Sharing. Privacy Policy Section 5 lists what each feature sends. AI-generated content may contain errors and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a clinical decision.
