Bonus mobil belohnt umweltfreundliche Mobilität mit attraktiven Rabatten.
Das Ziel: CO₂- und NOx-Emissionen (Kohlenstoffdioxid und Stickoxid) einsparen und die Städte Essen und Mülheim noch lebenswerter machen.
Es ist ganz einfach: Du sammelst mit der bonus mobil-App automatisch Punkte, wenn du das Auto stehen lässt –  dich also zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Essen und Mülheim fortbewegst.
Die bonus mobil-App erkennt automatisch deine umweltfreundlich zurückgelegten Wege und errechnet im Vergleich zu einer Autofahrt die entsprechende CO₂ und NOx-Einsparung. 
Die gesammelten Punkte (Klima-Moneten) kannst du in der bonus mobil-App gegen Gutscheine der Ruhrbahn und bei lokalen Kooperationspartnern eintauschen.

seit einer Woche bekomme ich jeden Tag nach dem Radfahren die Meldung: 
„Ruhrbahn
Weg wegen eines Fehlers in der Ausstiegs-erkennung beendet“. 

App und iOS sind aktuell, geändert wurde nichts. Neustart und Neuinstallation der App hilft nicht. Die App wird nicht beendet und der Standortzugriff steht auf „immer“. Die automatische Aufzeichnung ist aktiv. 
Dadurch fehlen mir mittlerweile auch rund 300 Punkte. 

Einen Problembericht innerhalb der App kann ich ebenfalls nicht einreichen: Fehlermeldung: Problem beim senden…Bitte später erneut probieren.

Manchmal kommt die Mitteilung, dass nicht aufgezeichnet werden kann. Ich soll neu starten. Auch die Gutscheine sprechen mich nicht an, da mir Bus und Bahn zu unsicher sind.

Also ich habe knapp über 1000km nachhaltig zurückgelegt - laut App. Dafür habe ich knapp über 1000 Klimamoneten erhalten. Jeder Kilometer ist 2-4 Punkte wert… wer kann hier nicht rechnen? Für mein Verständnis müsste ich zumindest die doppelten Punkte haben…

Schöne Idee für Gelegenheitsfahrer, um die Ticketpreise ein wenig erträglicher zu machen. Aufgrund der dauerhaften Nutzung des Ortungsdienstes im Hintergrund aber recht hoher Akkuverbrauch, auch wenn da mit den letzten Updates schon deutlich nachgebessert wurde. Deshalb nun vier Sterne!

Punkte sammeln geht, Punkte einlösen geht nicht. Wenn ich auf das Trophäen Icon tippe unten rechts, stürzt die App ab. Bei dem Geschenk Icon wird mir nur ein Gutschein für den Ruhrfeuer Shop angezeigt aber selbst da gibt es eine Fehlermeldung sobald man draufdrückt. 
Bringt so nix.
Sehr gute Idee, wünschte es würde funktionieren.
