Workout was intense I liked it so much that I bought a package.
I had 3 classes on the Watch app save my stats, calories burned, time spent, then never again…???? Does it only work if I bring my phone into class? What’s the point in having an app if it doesn’t give me stats? I could do an unlimited membership, but the app makes me only want class packs on sale or max 4/month because I’m frustrated every time. App support link here just takes you to the rumble site for general contact form Qs, and none of these managers are programmers so what is the point of that?
Had my first class this morning with Gabby! Amazing workout, Bella was helpful to get me signed up, and everyone was very nice in the studio.
It does the bare minimum, i.e. showing your schedule and being able to see your history but my Apple health data never syncs and it takes forever for classes to show up after i take them. There’s clearly a lot to be fixed.
Struggling with accountability? This is your answer. Using the monthly cost as an excuse? Add up your unhealthy habits, get your Rumble on, and watch your habits become healthy and less expensive.
I am not able to view my workout stats on the class info even though I keep selecting sync .. how can I view my workout stats on the app?
Everything I could ever possibly want in a gym! Challenging workouts, RESULTS, great music, top trainers and the best group of people to work out with. Love the Rumble Alpharetta family!!
I access Rumble Boxing through Classpass. I attend different Rumble Boxing studios in SF - the Fidi and Marina locations. It seems their backend databases aren’t able to handle having my classpass email exist at multiple studios. Thus the classes I am signing up for through ClassPass are not processing as booked in the Rumble app. It’d be nice to have an update to the systems to be able to have your email account exist at multiple studios and process. Or have some sort of way to contact someone at Rumble to put a fix to my issue to handle my account specifically so I can pick a spot via the app prior to class. Can’t find anywhere to contact someone for help with this.
I paid for class credits but I cannot apply them for some reason. The support line redirects me to their online chat (which doesn’t exist) and email. I’ll have to go in-person before my credits expire to resolve this.
