12-Week Training Program
- Structured progression from Week 1 to Week 12
- Culminates in a 10K run event
- Each week contains 3 training days with specific run/walk intervals
- Gradual increase in running duration and intensity

Interactive Timer
- Real-time workout timer with interval tracking
- Visual progress indicators showing current interval
- Audio cues for run and walk phases
- Background timer continues even when app is minimized
- Pause, resume, and reset functionality

Progress Tracking
- Track completed workouts with visual checkmarks
- Automatic progress saving using local storage
- Current position tracking (week/day)
- Visual indicators for completed weeks and days

Flexible Reset Options
- Individual Workout Reset: Long-press on completed days to reset specific workouts
