看评论区比较消极，我相信这些同学一定不是万科的中坚力量。 

提几个建议，几个场景需要优化：
1、没人喜欢拿着手机跑步，基本都是带着手表跑步， 乐跑app同步apple watch 的功能有bug，经常无法同步跑步记录。 
2、保活做的比较一般。 app后台的时候经常被kill， 跑完步发现app退出了。
3、加上watch os应用， 主流的运动app在安装后， 会同时在手表侧安装跑步入口

既然组织要做， 就一定要做到极致。 否则就不要浪费公司的钱💰。 花点时间看看别人在做什么、别人的体验如何、这个产品是否有改善的可能。 这是掌舵的人要思考的事。 

从目前的状态来看， 乐跑这个产品的掌舵人，明白点说就是德不配位。 要反思。 

真正花心思、去创造真实价值。 把每一件小事做好、做到极致。
