## RunIntervals Description
Just pick your interval durations and click GO!

"Plays well with others," so if you have favorite apps for audio or fitness tracking it will work well alongside those. Audio voice alerts or tones will momentarily lower the volume of your music or briefly pause spoken audio just long enough to hear the alert, then let you get right back to listening!

This app does not track or collect any user data.

Searching for an app to coordinate my run/walk strategy. Other apps were too complicated, confusing. “RunIntervals”does one thing and does it correctly/efficiently. Set your run time/set your walk time and go. I opted for the pleasant voice prompt over the tone. I can listen to Spotify through my Shokz headset and “RunIntervals” will voice over the music with run/walk prompts. Very pleased!

This is the only app I found that didn’t make me set the number of repeats I plan to do. I just wanted something that tells me when to walk and run and this does just that. The silly voice is hilarious and sounds like a drill sergeant. My buddies have come to love and hate it but we all just say “yes ma’am” every time she tells us what to do lol. My one wish is that I could pause it.

It does not give you the option to switch whether you wanna start off running or walking that’s the only issue I have with this app because for beginners beginners wanna start out walking and then they want to run and we don’t have the option to switch back-and-forth if we want to But that’s the only issue I have with this app I don’t really like it.
