Just starting week 5 and I’ve run my first 10k in over 2 years. Have never been able to run more than twice a week due to shin splints and other injuries but with Runna I haven’t missed a session and legs are feeling really strong. Running 3 times a week and planning to bump that up to 4 times :)
I‘m so happy with this app and all the information it provides!As someone who never really run and just lifted heavy weights for over 15years I‘m now completely sold and just on fire to get better with running!I love the assisting strength and mobility workouts and it just makes for a well planned week with workouts to achieve any running goal!
Ich finde die App super. Der Plan hilft mir, mich auf das Laufen zu konzentrieren. Ich muss mir nicht für jede Woche eigene Workouts überlegen. Zusätzlich zu den verschieden Laufeinheiten gibt es Yoga, Pilates und Kraftraining. Für das Kraftraining kann man ein Ziel bestimmen: Ganzer Körper oder laufspezifisch Und man kann die Häufigkeit des Kraftrainings einstellen, wie es auch bei den Laufeinheiten möglich ist. Leider ist das bei Yoga und Pilates nicht möglich. Dort gibt es für jede Session Videos. Vermutlich kann man deshalb nicht auf beispielsweise 3 Yoga Sessions pro Woche erhöhen. Dafür ist einfach nicht genug Videomaterial vorhanden. Wenn allerdings ein Trainingsplan über 5 Monate geht, dürfen sich auch die Yoga Übungen wiederholen. Die Videos können also wiederverwendet werden.
Works well
Great App, took me 2 tries to get it to work properly. Was using Spotify and the voice over wasn’t clearly understandable. Using it with a watch now and with vibrations it works perfectly. The Couch2KM5 is well structured and working very well for me.
This App has been a godsend. I was looking for a way to Improve my running and tumbled a long Runna. With the great workout programs, the vast knowledge the coaches and articles provide and all the rest of the features, I am way more than satisfied. Greatly recommend!
Die beste Laufapp, die ich bisher kenne. Sehr gute Trainingspläne für alle vom Anfänger bis zum Ultraläufer. Das Training macht Spaß und ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Besonders gefällt mir, dass Krafttraining, Mobilty und Pilates direkt in den Plan integriert werden kann. Ich bin sehr glücklich, diese App entdeckt zu haben!
In the past I was using training plans on training peaks. However had problems find plans that fit my current level of fitness and goals. With runna I now have a good plan which even includes concrete mobility and strength workouts. Super happy with the app.
Richtig tolle Laufapp, hoch motivierend, vielfältig, macht richtig viel Spaß und sehr praktisch beim laufen. Danke Runna, ich genieße es jede Sekunde!!
