Worth a try!
Great for pacing, definitely worth trying if you want to improve your time/distance. Simple to use. Only left one star off as quite expensive for a monthly app.

No nonsense programme that got me running a 5k from the couch without the cheesy voice lines. Looking forward to using the app for my half marathon prep. Could have done without the tempo runs, bit too high impact on my joints as a heavier runner.
The app syncs with my garmin really well. It’s super easy to follow, and structures the plan great. Great so far. My issue is that the app has ignored by event date 3 times. So the training plan would finish 2 weeks before the event on one occasion, and 4 weeks after on another occasion. Probably a simple fix, but was frustrating to feel like I’d been running for weeks following a plan when the timing was all off… I got told by support to just run week 5 twice. Seemed like a cop out. Hope it gets fixed.
Highly recommend, it’s helped me so much with my half marathon training
Fantastic all round app which has really helped improve my running.
Great App came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
I’ve done a lot of running on and off, but I never managed to stick to a plan. Runna is the first time I’ve managed it - it tells you exactly what to do based on your current ability and your goals. One month in and although I don’t manage every session, I’ve attempted every single one and I’m really motivated. Would 100% recommend, and have recommended it to friends several times. PS: my favourite feature is that you can rearrange your week so that you can be flexible. Eg if you normally want your long runs on a Saturday (you can choose the day when you set up your plan) but you can’t do that day one week, you can move your sessions around so that you can still plan well!
I love running but struggle with a lack of planning and variation of my runs, but this gives you lots of plans to choose from like starting your first 5k, 10k, half marathon and full marathon and also plans on how to trim your times down on existing runs. This is like a very advanced version of the NHS couch to 5k app, telling you how fast to run gradually increasing distances. Can’t recommend this highly enough to new runners and those with more experience looking to get better.
Run a has helped me be consistent and understand technique better. My running has improved leaps and bounds with this app.
I love the way runna syncs to my Calander to keep me accountable for training sessions. The pace shout outs mean I actually follow sessions properly and not just the distances. I’ve now hit a 5k and 10k pb in my by weeks 5 and 7, respectively, in a 10 week 10 plan I haven’t finished yet.
