RUNNERS HIGH turns sound into a running tool: music designed around how you actually run, train and race. It runs the session with you, so you stop managing your run and just run it.

MUSIC MADE FOR RUNNING
Most music you run to wasn't made for running. Songs end too soon for you to get into a rhythm, and playlists jump around in a way that breaks your stride and focus. RUNNERS HIGH is different: long-form audio journeys designed to keep you in a steady rhythm for the whole run.

NEW: INTERVAL SETS
Guided interval sessions you just press play on. Pick a workout (3×10, 5×5, 4×8 or 4×4). Music and voice cues drive the hard blocks, time your recoveries and count you through, so you never check your watch or time your own breaks. The music is built for the exact session: building through the work, easing through the rest.

NEW: RACE SETS
Pick a target finish time, like a sub-20 5K, press play at the start, and run to the beat. Race Sets are built around PR efforts and the points where a race gets hardest, with the music rising in intensity and cadence right where you need it. Available for the 5K and 10K.

CADENCE MUSIC (170 / 180 BPM)
Train your rhythm while you enjoy what you hear. Cadence music at 170 and 180 BPM helps you hold a steady beat and build cadence awareness, so it feels natural and not forced.

From easy runs to hard tempo sessions, choose music matched to the effort of your run.

BUILD YOUR OWN RUNS
Create and save your own sessions from the RUNNERS HIGH catalogue. Shape your runs the way you want them.
