## Running Log Diary Description
A running log you fill in yourself: type the distance and the time, and every number a runner cares about — pace per kilometre, speed, splits, weekly mileage, streak — is worked out for you.

Most run apps demand GPS, a charged watch and a signal, then hand you a map you never asked for. RunLog is the opposite: a hand-kept training diary. You log the run once you have finished, sketch the route freehand with your finger, rate how it felt, and the app turns those two numbers into real training data. Treadmill sessions, track reps, Saturday morning laps, trail loops with no reception, runs you did long before you ever installed an app — all of it fits.

WHAT YOU GET
- Pace, speed and per-kilometre splits calculated the second you enter distance and time
- A distance slider from 0.1 to 42.2, with one-tap presets for 3K, 5K, 10K and half marathon
- Minutes and seconds picked on a wheel, so a run takes about fifteen seconds to log
- A freehand route sketch saved with every run and shown as a thumbnail on the run card
- Mood (Tough, OK, Good, Great, Flying), a 1–5 effort rating and free-text notes on each run
- A calendar that lights up your run days and counts your current streak
- Weekly mileage against the goal you set, plus volume bars for the last five weeks
- Charts for the last 14 days, six weeks of volume, and your pace trend over your last ten runs
- Season totals and personal bests — longest run and fastest pace — kept automatically
- One daily reminder at an hour you choose, so the log never falls behind

Distances and pace are shown in kilometres throughout.

PRIVACY
Every run stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics SDK, nothing uploaded. The app works completely offline.

FULL ACCESS
Full access unlocks freehand route sketching, kilometre splits and pace insights, the streak calendar, the progress charts and unlimited run history. Three options: weekly, yearly, or a one-off lifetime purchase. The weekly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple Account settings; lifetime is a single payment with no renewal. There is no free trial. Restore Purchases is available at any time.
