### ****- "Superveel variatie en goede toenemende moeilijkheidsgraad!"
Supergoed loopplan op maat met wekelijkse variatie, zelfs als je maar 3 keer per week loopt. Leek me soms onpraktisch als ik om praktische reden een loopje een dag wilde verzetten, want ze naar je horloge sturen zet het niet in de agenda, maar blijkbaar wel in ‘workouts’, en dan synct de training nog steeds indien je ze een dag later loopt! Ik zie enkel nog een probleem met het veranderen van hartslagzones tijdens een loopplan, aangezien mijn zone 3 voor LSD loopjes echt wel wat hoger ligt (verdienste van het trainingsplan uiteraard ☺️)
