Hard to know how to mess up a mobile app for a drive thru restaurant… Runza managed to do it!  The menus that you use the most auto-hide in multiple places while the prominent “BACK” button doesn’t take you back, it erases your order and starts over I. The app.  

The selector screens also jump around making it hard to locate the add-ons or customizations you want. 

Sad for such a great restaurant with such quality to go cheap on their app dev

The old app was very user friendly!   The new app takes longer to pull up the right screen.   Limiting using points to buy a specific item is  harder to navigate then just using your points on your order.      I want the old app back!!!!!
