WHO'S RUUT FOR?

- For anyone starting their running journey and looking for clear guidance.
- For those getting back into training after a break.

- For anyone who wants to stop guessing and start following a plan that actually fits their life.

CHECK OUT OUR APPROACH:

- Personalized plan

Your plan is shaped by your goal, current level, and schedule. Ruut uses a phased training structure—the same approach used by professional coaches—to help you improve progressively, with recovery built in from day one.

- Daily guidance

Open the app, see what to do today, and go. No second-guessing. Your Today tab shows this week's schedule, today's session, and handpicked content relevant to your current phase.

- Audio coaching

Stay focused with real-time audio coaching during your runs, helping you maintain your pace and get more from every workout.

- Visible progress

Track your training week by week. Watch your plan unfold through phases, check off completed sessions, and see your total volume and performance grow over time in your Profile.

- Learn as you train

Explore articles on running technique, recovery, injury prevention, nutrition, and more — organized by what matters most at your stage of training so you always know the why behind your plan.

## Ruut Reviews in United States

### ***** "First run done!"
Awesome app!
-- Mary Jo in Colorado, 2026-05-02

### ***** "Just what a beginner needs"
Awesome app with instructions. Feel in love with the app the very first day
-- _a10t, 2026-05-01

### *---- "Don’t use"
Cannot pair app with watch. Does not keep an accurate pace. For the fee 👎🏾 I expected it to help me keep the pace with cues since it’s supposed to be a coach , it just repeats the same words. No countdowns or anything. It also doesn’t banner when you close the app so you have to keep it open to see what’s going on. I’m highly disappointed for a paid app.
-- RaeRaych, 2026-05-01

### ***-- "Meh….there are better apps out there."
I was really hoping this app was it. Nope. It feels way behind the other out there.

Is there a way to rearrange the days if you can’t run on a certain day??
-- DivePrincess, 2026-04-30

### ***** "Newbie"
Just getting started and I am feeling like I can do this! Thanks.
-- Using my Right Brain, 2026-04-30

### ****- "First run"
Not bad, but not great either. Gotta start somewhere 🤷🏼‍♂️
-- Vegasbillzfan42, 2026-04-30

### ***** "Amazing first run!!"
The after run feeling is night and day. I actually feel excited to do it again tomorrow. I always felt so discouraged when I tried running in the past but having a clear goal and the on the run cues and encouragements from the app makes such a difference. I actually feel satisfied with my effort and optimistic about reaching my goal of running a 10k in July!!
-- Kat_mart, 2026-04-29

### ***** "Great start"
Very accessible
-- 14PTPR14, 2026-04-29

### *---- "I can’t use it or login"
I paid and have a login. I received an email, but no login instructions. I opened the app and cannot login. I have asked for a code 5 times. Nothing. I don’t know what else to say. I have checked spam folder: no email
-- Jmosi, 2026-04-29

### *---- "Not overly excited"
I am not overly impressed with the app because it does not connect to my Garmin and does not record my runs correctly!! I like the run scheduling but I need to see where I am truly standing!!
-- Marcyonly, 2026-04-29
