I bet I have spent twenty hours going in circles trying to get this system up and running and I am at the same place I was before I bought the system! Gates would have a hard time connecting this!

Apparently this is another Winegard app that doesn’t work, even for 1 year old Winegard devices. Don’t waste your time downloading this one!

It will not connect via Bluetooth, I keep getting an error to reset the the controller for 10 seconds and try again.

I have a Spruce router and Everest on the roof. It does not see it.

Application is grade from previous application used with Wineguard. For example, this one has no pause button for you page down scan a list of collected stations without it randomly refreshing. Other flaws: - No sort button (station id, channel id, or signal strength) - The “TUNE” function looks to not alter function of the antenna, but simply fix errors in the data the application looked up. - No way to eliminate weaker signals from the display - Registertration to point to help VIDEO, not text files which would be quicker and simpler to read. The entire application looks like use Go Faster stripes; I doubt there is any reason to fire it up at all.

Very easy to use and super helpful. A must have for any RV user.

I have down loaded app and it will not connect to my winegard device. My rv is only 3 years old so I would think it wood connect. Keeps asking to register the device and says serial number isn’t correct and/or device not supported. So far app is useless

I had difficulty getting my 5 yr old wifi router registered on this new software. I received help directly from a developer and now have it up & running so if the registration process says your device is not compatible you should contact the helpdesk rather than just giving up. Since I only use the wifi and not any of the paid services I cannot comment on other functionality. Compared to my older ConnecT software, RV Halo spawns the same interface as the older software so I don’t see an advantage. I will need to travel for awhile before I can decide if this new software offers improved functionality. If I had the latest & greatest hardware then this software would certainly improve my experience.
