Doesn’t work
I downloaded RVshare went through their entire service, they said sign up with stripe for my payment preference I did all that and nothing works. I contacted my bank who said they have all the information I contacted stripe and 3 weeks later still doesn’t work
Absolutely Beautiful and Comfortable
Fun experience, Lovely owner, fantastic getaway experience, great accommodations, friendly and owner and team
Can’t use the app on an IPAD pro
While the website works well, the app just closes when you try to log in. Can’t actually use the app for bookings.
Nothing but trouble
I was excited to put our camper on the site after hearing such great things about it but our experience hasn’t been the same. I’m sure it’s operator error but communication hasn’t been the best, knowing how to solve issues hasn’t been pleasant and after a booking that I’ve had for two months, with everything being verified and my directions sent on what to print out, we wake up this morning with a message from our renter that said the reservation has been cancelled because once again our insurance can’t be verified. Really hope this can get worked out and the review can be changed.
Disappointed
I made reservations 5 months before and they sent me an email 5 days before my trip that they canceled it.. reached out to me to make new reservations But I was not available to do it . The price had also gone up This is in acceptable

This app has so many hidden fees. All of their information is misleading and incorrect. Please don’t use this app. Save your self some headaches.
Walk through
This is our first time Renting an RV, I was very nervous however Paul our service guy was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all of my million questions. It was a great experience so far, I appreciate that he gave us his phone number so we could contact him with any questions. Would rent from here again.
No protection for renters
Rented an rv, talked with the owner about anything i needed to do and pickup time Well in advance. Then the day i fly in to pick up the rv they cancel on me apparently there are no repercussions for canceling the same day as pickup. Im just out of luck with a ton of money wasted on plane ride and hotel. Now i have to panick find an rv in a day when half the people renting dont respond to any messages.
Good RV - Frustrating Company
The good: -We were able to find and rent an RV through the web that was close to us. - The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. He helped me understand how to hitch the RV and work all the systems as a first time RVer. The frustrating: - The app didn’t work - not for communicating with the owner of for accessing our reservation details. (Fortunately, we could use the web site to access our reservation details) - RV Share hasn’t returned my $500 deposit, and it’s been nearly 6 weeks since we returned the RV. I’ve called customer service twice about the deposit and so has the owner. Initially we had a $20 claim against the deposit for a propane cover that blew off while driving. I was told that’d be covered out of the deposit. The owner cancelled the claim, however, for such minimal damage. After the owner’s second call to customer service on our behalf he was told the deposit would be returned in 5-7 days. That was two weeks ago. Today when I called customer service I was told, “The claim has been cancelled, and they’re working on returning the deposit.” No time estimate was available.
