Despite ordering early they didn’t deliver until three days after I had run out and didn’t even send the correct amount or all of my medication leaving me short. Communication is awful, I didn’t know I was missing something until it turned up and I had to chase them to get the missing items. Go with this company." I am a very unwell person, and the amount of times I’ve never been hospitalized because this company have messed up my pills is not good! They sent it to an old address three times! The address isn’t even in the system anymore so they’re storing data too. I had to travel to the old address in chronic pain to pick up my prescription. They’re not very urgent in shipping the pills to you, I’ve really needed my folic acid as it’s triggering seizures and it’s been sat in the dispensary for three days now. I’ve tried on multiple occasions to contact help but get either no response or ‘ok we will look into this’ and then nothing afterwards in regards of a solution or remedy. It’s an extremely poorly run company.
