Our “hometown” pharmacy is awesome but this app is making them look like the worse around. I get text messages that my Rx has expired- it has 4 more months avail. It tells me an Rx is ready to pickup when it is not. It drops Rx. They just disappears. My Pharmacy tells me to just call and avoid the app. Pretty sad. The developers apparently ignore these reviews.

Used to work great now medication is blank it doesn’t show me the ones that are ready or messages from my pharmacy. I’ve deleted and reinstalled I can’t remember how many times since I got it. This is very important for anyone that gets so many medications so that we can know and keep them straight. Please fix your app immediately

This free app was very useful prior to their security breach in 2024. Since then, the in-app notifications do not work and the status of my RX is no longer available. To developers: please fix or shut down this app.

The app is fine when it works. But for the last 6 months, it logs you out every time you use it, so I don't get my Rx notifications and I have up remember to check it every month. My email and password is long, and my iphone won't remember the info, so I have to type it every time. Amazing how such a little problem has become such a deal breaker. And after 6 months, apparently they're not going to fix it.

Does not work.  Will not let me register.   Get to the screen where it displays two pharmacies local to me and when I try to select one, it just sits there….  Very shoddy and poor app.

Couldn’t complete registration. My pharmacy was listed but when I hit “Select” nothing happened.  I could proceed no further.

I’m trying to refill my prescription for the first time. When trying to create my account I can’t even get past the point to verify my phone number! It randomly sais “null” and when I hit “Agree” it doesn’t do anything. How is this acceptable when someone’s health is dependent on stuff like this??

This app is never more than clunky.  Right now it’s completely unusable because it won’t bring up a keyboard to allow you to sign in.
