Good afternoon! I can’t register in the application using my date of birth, because it shows that I’m under 18. But I’m 23 years old. please fix the problem

Payment declined

I bought a one ticket, but I can’t buy a return ticket because payment declined. The bank responds that it does not even receive the transaction request. So the problem is in the app

Всегда пользовалась приложением для покупки билетов . Что-то произошло и в приложении билеты были утеряны вместе со всей информацией. Служба поддержки не может найти утерянные билеты даже по фамилии и имени и даже при наличии чеков о купле билетов . Приложении до сих пор не работает корректно

Ambiguous information about the paid baggage quantity

In app and on website displayed ambiguous information about the paid baggage quantity. Because of that we might pay for another bag 2x price in the airport.

The app crashes randomly during checkout on iPhone XS.

Приложение стало ужасно тормозить, просто не возможно пользоваться. Приходится по несколько раз перезагружать программу.

On iOS system you cannot use it. I cannot open it , I booked ticket but I cannot check in. the application hangs
