First time tried to check-in with self-service in Vienna airport. 2 managers were chatting to each other instead of assisting. When asked for help, made such a grimace if I had asked her for assist on a new year eve when she was celebrating with her family. She we wanted to use a service desk, the manager told she had no time. Terrible experience

Hey! Pls fix issues with payment. It’s impossible to pay, all works fine but when you need to pay for tickets, you’ll face with tech issues like 409. And you can pay for tickets

There is a payment error using website or an app, all the means of payment. Absolute disaster

The worst service & application. No readiness for assistance. Everything is about money- to earn more. It was a technical error. I paid twice for name change (I made mistake in my name). Why twice?- the technical problem with app.

Всегда пользовалась приложением для покупки билетов . Что-то произошло и в приложении билеты были утеряны вместе со всей информацией. Служба поддержки не может найти утерянные билеты даже по фамилии и имени и даже при наличии чеков о купле билетов . Приложении до сих пор не работает корректно

I didn’t confirmed online checkin but I wasn’t able to edit passenger’s personal data

In app and on website displayed ambiguous information about the paid baggage quantity. Because of that we might pay for another bag 2x price in the airport.
