First of all can’t find booking history. When you need your past flight, not possible !!’
Second, on the web site you can find form for booking confirmation in the the past, BUT…
… verification with simple at first sight puzzle are NOT WORKING! I wasted 30 min for connection 2 simple details. I’m sure, it’s special. 
Third, when you fill on booking form that you need invoice for the company- finally NOTHING!!! And this is not first time.

I follow all instructions for a seat upgrade and it was not clear if it went through. No info after giving all my payments detail. Not confirmation not error message… nothing. for anyone who’s been in touch with customer support, knows what a pain in the butt Ryanair is when it comes to European consumer rights or just normal friendly behaviour. The app is no different and is more in the way of getting anything done than anything else. Ryanair through the last experience landed on my blacklist for good. I can recommend anyone else to just use carriers that take service and consumers serious. They seem to be on a mission to just piss anyone off.
