Confusing seats upgrade
I follow all instructions for a seat upgrade and it was not clear if it went through. No info after giving all my payments detail. Not confirmation not error message… nothing. Now I dont know if I have my old checked places, new ones or nones. To be discovered at the arrival at the airport?? Hope not to end up with no seat. Very confusing. Extra stress for the trip.

Une fois que l’on a compris les subtilités de l’application elle est facile à utiliser et bien pratique, car accessible où que l’on soit.
Ce que je trouve aberrant c’est le prix des bagages , nous allons bientôt voyager nus!
Thieves
Got a price and when I pay I get an error message that the session has expired and I have to start again. I start again and now the price is approx 10€ more… Class action lawsuit?
Betaling visa
Betaling visa werkt niet terwijl de kaart in orde is.
Hierdoor gebeurt de boeking via alternatief, waardoor bepaalde opties wegvallen…
As annoying as their customer support
for anyone who’s been in touch with customer support, knows what a pain in the butt Ryanair is when it comes to European consumer rights or just normal friendly behaviour. The app is no different and is more in the way of getting anything done than anything else. Ryanair through the last experience landed on my blacklist for good. I can recommend anyone else to just use carriers that take service and consumers serious. They seem to be on a mission to just piss anyone off.

Low Fares Made Simple ne tient plus.
Ce serait plutôt High Fares Delays Included.
Et quand on atterrit de nuit dans un aéroport secondaire, aucun transport. Ryanair ne s’en préoccupe pas le moins du monde.
Problem with the change seat
From more than 6 months it’s problem with changing seats!!!When you want change it then application is dooing but is nothing change…can you fix it!!!!Iam report it again

This application and as a flight company is starting to be worse and worse, after you buy a flight ticket, at a certain time you receive an email with the information that the flight has changed and the time and date selected!
I start to not be happy and I gone start to use din company less and more less !
