Compré un pasaje y pagué el extra por equipaje de 10kg. Pero al llegar al embarque me lo cobraron nuevamente diciendo que debería haber pasado por el mostrador a avisarles (acaso no saben lo que venden?). Encima no había que despachar. La maleta iba conmigo en el avión. LA PEOR LÍNEA AÉREA DEL MUNDO. Ponen foco en pensar nuevas maneras de estafar al cliente en lugar de dar un buen servicio

No responden ni se hacen cargo de problemas internos, no dan soluciones las personas que están para ayudarte cuando ven que la app tiene problemas estando antes de tiempo para el check in, no respetaron mi acceso prioritario y encima me hacen pagar por facturar cuando la app las mismas personas vieron que se caía cuando lo hacía (Habiendo llegando 4 horas antes a un vuelo internacional y que el aeropuerto estuviera casi vacío. JAMÁS VUELEN CON ELLOS).

Al acercarme al check in solo con mi pasaporte me hacen pagar por facturar, ya que la app no me permite hacerlo porque se cierra y funciona mal. Al cuestionar el pago se me indica que la app funciona y que no hay otra opción que pagar en mesón.

La aplicación anda muy lento y la mayoría de las veces se apaga cuando Estoi haciendo mis facturaciones...

They make you download the app to do the check in, but they only give you one of the tickets through the app. The other ticket they tell you to print it. Then you can't sign on the Web page with a mobile. No mobile usability.

En el correo que me mandaron, me dijeron que descargara la aplicación para tener mi tarjeta de embarque. Al entrar me dice que esto no es válido como tarjeta de embarque y que tenía que imprimir una. La única utilidad que le veía a la aplicación era tener la tarjeta de embarque en el celular pero no funciona, por lo que es inútil.

When trying to check in, the system has some bugs that comes up with an error. I attempted to restart the Ryanair app which alleviated the issue, but at first it wouldn’t allow me to check in.

There is no way to disable promotional notifications without disabling other more useful notifications, so I’m deleting the app until I ever have to fly Ryanair again. Annoying.
