Если ваше приложение - это внешний агент - удалите его из стора и не вводите людей в заблуждение. Заодно вопросы своей разработке задайте. И да кстати - у вас накрученный рейтинг. При количестве оценок в 6к, я пролистал 10 отзывов (отфильтровав предварительно по most recent) и увидел отзыв 2-летней давности. Это значит что органики здесь почти нет. Все боты с накруток.

When you buy tickets using application you always need to make an additional verification after purchase, and Ryanair send the e-mail with the following text:”Booking appears to have been made through a third-party travel agent who has no commercial relationship with Ryanair to sell our flights”. So or this application is not official, or there is constantly errors in code.

The airline was really efficient and on time before but at our last 2-3 flights we had 1 hr delay to both flights departure and arrival 
This is not ok for people who take buses or book hotels 
And this time they informed us about the delay almost 30 minutes after the time we should have departed
The issue is not about the delay but the fact that they made an app where they should have been informing customers for any issues but they are not even using that

Please not this was with two passangers in the reservation. 1 passanger with priority and 2 cabin and the other passenger with small bag only plus a purchased 20kg bag.
