In case you are family, it is not possible to view all boarding passes. You can always see first member of family, but other boarding passes cant be seen in app. App doesnt rect to scroll to left/right to see other boarding passes. You have to go to web, log in and print. Not possible to download boarding passes in the app.
Exorbitant Hidden Fees Ruined Our Trip with Ryanair
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience with Ryanair. My partner and I thought we found a great deal on flight tickets, but our excitement quickly turned into dismay upon arrival at the airport.
Unbeknownst to us, Ryanair has a policy requiring passengers to check in online. Failure to do so results in a hefty fee, which, in our case, was €110 for the two of us. This was not clearly communicated at any point during our booking process. There was no mention or warning of such a significant penalty for something as minor as not checking in online.
This lack of transparency feels like a deliberate trap for unsuspecting customers to extract more money. The fee we had to pay was more than 100% of our entire trip’s budget, completely throwing off our travel plans and finances.
The whole situation cast a dark shadow over our trip, turning what should have been a joyful getaway into a stressful financial burden. It’s disheartening to encounter such hidden traps and customer-unfriendly policies.
I urge Ryanair to reconsider their approach to communication and fees. Transparency and customer care should be paramount, not profit-making schemes that ruin trips and tarnish your company’s reputation.

Bad, the app app is not available in my country, so how do I check in by app? Ryanair should not save money on this and complicates our life

Its very cheap but they try to scam you in any possible way. They made the app and the website very hard to use so people make more mistakes.

the company is the least customer centric service of all times. Either you print out (who want to do that hassle) or download an app. Otherwise, there is a fee for presenting the boarding pass on a phone. absolute rubbish

It is problem od all low cost airlines but Ryanair is the ‘best’. 🙁 If anything is no in exact plan or application ot webportal there practicaly neexist posibilty for things changed or get to right. (There are not life people in Ryan…). It is very humiliating for customer.

the app is not working
i can’t choose the return tickets, after choosing tickets to destination and choosing bags, screen turns white and nothing is responding, sometimes app turns off on its own. please fix it
