Unable to add boarding pass to apple wallet. Tells me to go to website to download one. Website tells me to go to app to have it offline lol 😂 Fun part it worked on my first journey, not return journey.

You try to fill in all the requirements and then the app doesn’t let you into the confirmation menu. Trash app

I don't like the app very much. I'm rating the app, not the airline or the service. It feels like it's stitched together with various modules that each have their own philosophy. Does not feel complete or concise.

The app is really bad compared to other airline companies. It does not remember your bookings so if you book a flight in advance you still have to search for the tickets because the app forgets the trip and it is not listed until you manually add it. Tge app does not give notifications about your flight. Each time you want to check something you have to open the app. It definitely need some major look by someone because the way it is now is absolutely incomparable to similar apps

Never ever again. You buy tickets, come to airport to flight to the paid destination and they charge you 30% of flight cost due to not doing check in online. We had carriage and luggage, doesn’t matter. What if old people will travel and don’t have possibility to do online check in?… Just tricky way how to deceive their clients

In case you are family, it is not possible to view all boarding passes. You can always see first member of family, but other boarding passes cant be seen in app. App doesnt rect to scroll to left/right to see other boarding passes. You have to go to web, log in and print. Not possible to download boarding passes in the app.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience with Ryanair. My partner and I thought we found a great deal on flight tickets, but our excitement quickly turned into dismay upon arrival at the airport. Unbeknownst to us, Ryanair has a policy requiring passengers to check in online. Failure to do so results in a hefty fee, which, in our case, was €110 for the two of us. This was not clearly communicated at any point during our booking process. There was no mention or warning of such a significant penalty for something as minor as not checking in online. This lack of transparency feels like a deliberate trap for unsuspecting customers to extract more money. The fee we had to pay was more than 100% of our entire trip’s budget, completely throwing off our travel plans and finances. The whole situation cast a dark shadow over our trip, turning what should have been a joyful getaway into a stressful financial burden. It’s disheartening to encounter such hidden traps and customer-unfriendly policies. I urge Ryanair to reconsider their approach to communication and fees. Transparency and customer care should be paramount, not profit-making schemes that ruin trips and tarnish your company’s reputation. Sincerely disappointed, Andrey Kulchitskiy
